apartment shopping

two of my favorite "perks" that landlords actually advertise:

-MODERN AMENITIES!!!! (ok, duh. does anyone really rent out places with an outhouse and, "oh, you get yer water from yonder crick.")

-WEATHERIZED!!!! (great! the roof doesn't leak? no, shit?)

c'mon, you could just stick to "cozy" (aka freakin' small) and "close to great restaurants" (aka no kitchen) like all the other landlords.
