london is smashing, brilliant, and fantastic!

yeah, those are our three new vocab words, to be used in place of "cool" and "awesome".

i got into london early in the morning, found my bag, went thru customs (the customs lady asked, "aren't you a bit concerned that you've come all this way and you still don't know how you're getting to prague?"), and got on the "tube". as we went along the car slowly became packed with commuters. i was impressed by how stylishly everyone dressed--they all wore suits! we passed lots of schoolchildren, and they actually DO dress like that! way cute!

i found my hostel, after much, uh...sightseeing, to put it positively. london is beautiful. the buildings are all so old. and big. and i can't really think of any adjectives to convey how great it is. i'll try again later.

crud, i'm almost out of time again. well, we (a girl from the hostel and i) went out for £1 beers, then indian food!
